With this in mind, we have developed a code of conduct for our events in order to put our values ​​into practice.

This code applies to all those involved with our events, that is, speakers, suppliers (s), sponsors (s), partners and participants and aims to provide a free experience. harassment, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race or creed.

Harassment or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated. We mean harassment behaviors that annoy, harass, humiliate or harass a specific person or group. Harassment can be considered inappropriate physical contact or unwanted sexual attention, verbal, written, or virtual language in order to negatively affect a person or create a hostile and offensive environment.

Racist, sexist, capacitist, homophobic behaviors that incite harassment and exclusion are unacceptable.

Participants whose behavior violates the code of conduct disclosed by Necta at their events will be warned and must immediately stop the offending behavior, at the risk of being invited to withdraw from the event.

If you identify any behavior identified as harassment, immediately inform the organization of the event so that it is possible to take appropriate measures.
