Why AirConnected?

The world changed in 2020 and air transport was strongly impacted by the pandemic caused by COVID-19.

Although there are still many unknowns about the post-coronavirus future, it is certain that the pandemic will promote significant changes to the aviation ecosystem.

Changes in prices, security procedures, the use of new technologies and passenger behavior are expected.

From April to May, we carried out 10 blocks of the online series AIRCOVID – The impact of COVID-19 for the air transport sector in Brazil, from July to September we carried out 05 blocks of the pre-events and on the 24th and 25th of November we carried out the AirConnected DX , which brought together the main players in the air transport sector to debate the prospects for the ecosystem.

The initiative had approximately 100 speakers, 3 thousand participants and 16 thousand accesses to the contents, in addition to accesses in the coming months, considering that the contents are available free of charge.

AirConnected’s proposal is to involve the air transport chain to discuss collaboration between different actors, with the aim of finding sustainable alternatives for adaptation in the face of this challenging new scenario, considering the need for flexibility and adaptability of all those involved.
